We are excited to inform you that our subsidiary in North America, Lapauw USA, recently announced the appointment of two new team members: Ms. Amanda Lobb and Mr. Hayward Lindsey.
Amanda is our new Sales Manager, and she brings many years of experience in the laundry industry. Amanda is known for her deep knowledge of the industry, but she is also known as a friendly, knowledgable, consultative salesperson who is always looking out for the best interest of her customers. Previous to joining the Lapauw USA team, Amanda has worked in sales and sales management, providing solutions for her customers in both textiles and capital equipment. Amanda is also certified as a Registered Laundry and Linen Director by the Association for Linen Management.
Our new Director of Technical Services, Hayward Lindsey, has spent his entire career in the laundry industry in roles that include engineering, maintenance, production, operations, and management. He has worked for national laundry processors, independently owned companies, and has also owned and operated his own laundry facilities. Hayward is singularly focused on the needs and satisfaction of his customers, and is known for his relentless and tireless pursuit of solutions to every technical issue with which he is faced.
